(b) Arranging each type of FOOD in EQUIPMENT so that cross contamination of one type with another is prevented, and
(c) Preparing each type of FOOD at different times or in separate areas. Observed raw chicken stored above beverage bottles in the walk-in cooler. Chicken was moved to the bottom shelf. COS |

Observed an in-use wiping cloth stored on top of the sanitizer spray bottle. This towel was set aside for washing and only paper towels will be used with the spray sanitizer going forward. COS |
